Dr. Anurag Mittal, completed his MBBS and MS Orthopaedics from one of the premier medical institute of Delhi University, Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital (UCMS) in 2017. He went on to became an International fellow to train in Knee and Shoulder Arthroplasty and Sports medicine at one of the top universities of the world, Seoul National University Hospital, South Korea. Getting training under pioneers like Dr. Tae Kyun Kim and Dr. Oh Joo Han, helped him develop and master the healing touch, expert hands and his surgery skills.
He has done multiple meticulous surgeries that includes precise keyhole surgery for sports injury of knee and shoulder. Along with this, his experience with computer assisted and robotic surgery for Knee replacement is unmatched.
Dr. Anurag believes that the quest for true knowledge never ends, which is why he continues to update his knowledge and skills by attending conferences and continuing medical education programs nationally and internationally. He aims to provide an holistic approach for the well being of a patient.
Dr Anurag Mittal has extensively worked in multiple government institutes ranging from primary care centre to tertiary care centre. He has worked as senior resident in Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Employment State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital and Jag Parvesh Chandra Hospital from 2017 to 2019.
In Seoul, capital of one of the most technologically advanced countries, Dr Anurag Mittal did his 8 months fellowship. He was meticulously trained in knee and shoulder replacements and sports injuries from the premier institute in Seoul, Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) under the guidance of world renowned Prof. Oh and Prof. TK Kim.
Dr. Anurag passed this prestigious three year post graduate course from Delhi University, Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital in his first attempt in the year 2017.
Starting in 2008, Dr Anurag Mittal passed out from University College of Medical Sciences (Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital), one of the busiest government hospital of Delhi, in 2013. He secured first division throughout his MBBS course.
Dr Anurag Mittal has been a life member of international as well as national orthopaedic societies namely SICOT (International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology), ISKAA (International Society for Knowledge for Surgeons on Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty), Indian Orthopaedic Association and Delhi Orthopaedic Association.
